12-05-11: Disneyland. Anyone who has been to the park knows there is a lot of walking involved. It was not too busy today so I could keep a decent stride while getting around the park. With so little calories on board I felt fatigued much faster. My legs/hip flexor area started to feel sore too. Normally, I wouldn't count today as intentional exercise, but because I'm just starting the fast, all exercise is counted. I'm usually sitting a desk so this definitely gets add to the exercise log. I'm guessing I walked at least two miles.
Wednesday 12/14/11
Tonight I walked the dogs for 25 minutes. It was so nice to see all of the Christmas lights in the neighborhood. Calories burned: 200.
Friday 12/16/11
The weather is so cool, windy and crisp that I couldn't get home fast enough to go for a walk again. This was probably 20 minutes for 160 calories burned. I had two soups tonight so Good thing I went for a walk. I also did a little strength training. Feels good.

I didn't keep track of my exercise. I've continued to walk the dogs at least 3x a week and also strength training maybe once a week, in all honesty. Gotta ramp up the exercise in 2012.
